The AMR9 is one of the most OP weapons in Warzone Season 2 due to its absurdly low TTK in short to medium range (i.e. 0-20 meters) firefights. It even beats out the new weapon RAM-9, which is also another broken weapon damage-wise.
The only major downside to using the AMR9 is its sprint-to-fire speed, meaning you should focus on building this weapon to increase that stat. A much lower sprint-to-fire speed allows you to fire the AMR9 much faster while sprinting and slide canceling.
The WSP-9 received a massive nerf in Season 2, increasing its TTK by 100 milliseconds. That might not seem like much, but it’s a huge deal in a competitive FPS game. Other stats remain the same, so you still benefit from its fast movement speed, ADS movement speed, sprint to fire, and tac sprint speed, making it an ideal choice for players who are movement demons in Warzone.
