The first Demi-Cannon you can obtain is from the Blacksmith on Saint-Anne. Follow the image above if you are new to the NPCs in Sainte Anne. You do not need to reach a certain rank to purchase the Demi-Cannon I Blueprint, as it is available after you complete the tutorial in the game. The Blacksmith sells the Demi-Cannon I blueprint for only 120 Silver Coins.
