The easiest location to farm Clang Bang Tacit Discords is the upper part of Mt. Firmament. You can also farm other Freezing Frost Echoes here, like the Glacial Dreadmane, so it's a good idea to go there first when you head to the island.
You can find Sabyr Boars near Violet Banyan and the Distribution Center. These TDs can have three different Sonnata effects, so you'll really need to farm them to get a Freezing Frost Echo set of five (unless you're extremely lucky and only get this effect instantly).
