Resources are the items you need to craft structures for your base, tools, weapons, clothing, and pretty much anything else. Some resources can be harvested from the environment, some require tools to harvest, and some need to be refined at a Crafting Station.
It can be tricky to figure out how to get everything you need for recipes, so here's the full list, organized by method.
