It’s that time of year again: the annual Moonfire Faire event is back in Final Fantasy XIV for 2024, bringing bombastic summer fun to the Costa del Sol once again.

This time around, the event will run from August 8th to August 26th and will bring back the fan-favorite jumping puzzle obstacle course from previous years. You can head to Limsa Lominsa and pick up the event quest from Mayaru Moyaru at Aftcastle.
Players can take it easy for this year’s Moonfire Faire, as there are no special event tickets or currency to farm for limited items that won’t be released on the FFXIV online store until next year. The main event-exclusive reward is the Uchiwasshoi emote, which can be earned by completing the first event mission, Fire Red, Beast Green.
The only other reward exclusive to this event is the Bouncing Bomb Balloon, an indoor table furniture item. You can pick it up for 5,000 gil from the Moonfire Faire Vendor next to Haermaga.
