There are several activities and Pokémon to catch during the massive Pokémon Go Fest 2024 Global event. In addition to these activities, there are several Field Research tasks that you can earn by spinning PokéStops, and many will appear throughout the day.

The Field Research tasks available for Pokémon Go Fest 2024 Global work differently than standard tasks. They rotate every hour instead of being a fixed series of exclusive tasks throughout the event. They correspond with the Habitat Rotation Pokémon that appear during the event, which means there are a lot of Field Research tasks and rewards. We’ll take a look at each one and make sure you know which ones you want to focus on for the right rewards.
The exclusive Field Research tasks for the Pokémon Go Fest 2024 Global event will go live alongside everything else, starting on July 13 at 10:00 a.m. PT and ending on July 14 at 6:00 p.m. PT in your local time zone.
Each time a Habitat Rotation occurs at the start of each hour during the event, specific Field Research tasks will drop from PokéStops or Gym Dials when you spin them after completing one of the Legendary Raids. Make sure you have room in your Task List to accept these Field Research tasks, as you may miss them if you don't have room. Also, visit other PokéStops or Gym Dials during the event. Unfortunately, you won't receive Field Research tasks from locations you've already visited that day.
