One of the many things Amazon announced at its big event on Tuesday was the new Always Home Camera.

Amazon announced the autonomous flying camera last year, but said it was now available by invitation only to purchase the Ring camera for $250. The Always Home Camera works like a small drone that can be placed anywhere in your home to let you see what’s happening while you’re away.

The device is far more convenient than buying multiple cameras to shoot at different locations in your home. Amazon showed off the device’s capabilities in a video on Tuesday that explains how the camera maneuvers around your home and what its point of view looks like as it moves.

“This device uses a combination of active sensors and advanced navigation algorithms to fly along your own predetermined routes when triggered by a Ring Alarm sensor or within the Ring app,” Ring said in its official press release.
