Use Outlook Archive to FREE UP SPACE AND CLEAN UP YOUR PERSONAL DATA
As the pile of email you keep in Outlook grows, it usually takes longer for Outlook to do what you want. You're approaching the size limit for your PST file. (The PST file, or "Personal Folders," is where Outlook keeps all of your data, including calendars, contacts, and emails.)
To create an archive of old messages in Outlook, separate from the PST file you use every day:
