Avatar 3 Villains Revealed: Ash People's Strongest Fire Na'vi Clan Explained
“Avatar” director James Cameron and stars Zoe Saldaña and Sam Worthington revealed the first official title for the third “Avatar” film on Friday at the D23 expo: “Avatar: Fire and Ash.”
Cameron didn't preview the footage, but he did show some concept art from the film, including Neytiri (Saldaña) dancing over flames and riding banshees.
"You're going to see a lot more Pandora than you've ever seen before," Cameron said. "It's a crazy adventure and a feast for the eyes, but it also has very high emotional stakes, more than ever before," Cameron said during the presentation. "We're going to really push the envelope for all the characters you know and love."
