If a Charm has multiple progressions (Tier I, Tier II, etc.), I've only listed it once in the tier list. These tiered charms progress in a similar manner, adding extra damage at each level, so comparing Tier I Quake to Tier I Flame is like comparing Tier III Quake and Flame to each other.
Please note that as with any tier list, these opinions are my own, based on my experience using them in-game. If your playstyle differs, this may result in a different ranking over time.
