I personally used the following loadout to complete the entire Campaign of Destiny 2 on legendary difficulty, starting with Transmigration and ending with the seventh mission, Iconoclasm. Use this build whenever you don't need the Prismatic sub class.

This loadout is all about invisibility. Basically, when you enter a fight, you do a dodge and become invisible with the Vanishing Step. Now, when you spot an enemy, you come out of invisibility to get Volatile Rounds from the Gyrfalcon's Hauber and shoot the enemies with them. Since you're shooting with Volatile Rounds, you also get an invisibility from the Stylish Executioner. Additionally, you can spam your Snare Grenade and Vortex Grenade to debuff enemies and raise your Super pretty quickly.
