The very first official look at Call of Duty's newest Zombies mode is here, and it's enough to make fans drool like the undead.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 – Round-Based Zombies Terminus Reveal Trailer | New Gameplay
The short cinematic clip showcases new characters undergoing a jailbreak, along with some returning characters, and previews a showdown with none other than Zombies legend Richtofen in the return of classic round-based Zombies to CoD: Black Ops 6 later this year. The video is a cinematic trailer for Terminus, one of two round-based Zombies maps coming to Black Ops 6 at launch.
Today’s cinematic sets the stage for Black Ops 6 Zombies to pick up where Cold War Zombies left off. Some familiar faces, including Grigori Weaver, Dr. Elizabeth Grey, and Dr. William Peck, make appearances alongside a new character named Maya Aguinaldo.
"Set more than half a decade later, Black Ops 6 Zombies continues the Dark Aether storyline, exploring the fates of key characters while delving deeper into Richtofen’s motivations and goals," Activision said. "In the intervening years, former Requiem operatives—Grigori Weaver, Mackenzie “Mac” Carver, Elizabeth Grey, Oskar Strauss, and Stoney Maddox (better known by his call sign Raptor One)—have been trapped in an outpost known as Terminus, a mysterious garrison in the Philippine Sea. After more than five years of captivity, these characters have undergone significant mental and physical changes."
