BLACKPINK's Jisoo's new K-drama, Newtopia, has been confirmed. She will share the screen with actor Park Jung-Min for the first time. The upcoming Coupang Play series will join the zombie drama genre.

Newtopia revolves around Jae-Yoon, who enlisted in the army, and his girlfriend, Young-Joo. A zombie virus sweeps the city, sending the young couple into a panic. They rush to find each other amidst the chaos.

The network recently shared a few photo stills from the drama. It shows Jae-Yoon with a fellow soldier looking at something with a shocked expression. The wall behind them is covered in blood. The next photo shows a worried Young-Joo on the street.
