Borderlands 3 is undoubtedly the most significant entry in the series, and everything about it is more blown out of proportion than ever before. Borderlands 3 seems to want to define the looter shooter genre. There is plenty of loot in the game, and you will never be without a gun or other weapon.

Borderlands 3 – The Review

Weapons are one of the biggest highlights of Borderlands 3, with each weapon and ammo given a personality of its own by their manufacturer. Each weapon behaves differently; there’s not much to differentiate them. It makes finding something new a rewarding experience and something that keeps you going.

Missions and boss fights are surprisingly well done; you’ll see that from the first boss you encounter. It’s not enough that you have to shoot the boss until he’s down; each boss you encounter will make you think and change cover from time to time, with minions being a pain, adding to the intensity of the boss fights.

As for the graphics, the developers have used this cartoonish style, which always seems fresh from the first Borderlands to the current part. This means that the game still manages to maintain its aesthetic in the different iterations of Borderlands. As you progress through Borderlands 3, you will also get the chance to visit other planets. These new planets offer contrasting visuals compared to Pandora, and a change in the landscape works in its favor.
