Lionsgate has released a special video for the highly anticipated Borderlands film, featuring Jack Black's Claptrap impersonating Lilith and Krieg. The film is set to debut in theaters on Friday, August 9.

"Lilith, a notorious bounty hunter with a mysterious past, reluctantly returns to her home of Pandora, the most chaotic planet in the galaxy. Her mission is to find the missing daughter of Atlas, the universe's most powerful SOB," the film's synopsis reads. "Lilith forms an unlikely alliance with a ragtag team of misfits — Roland, a seasoned mercenary on a mission; Tiny Tina, a wild pre-teen wrecking ball; Krieg, Tina's muscular protector; Tannis, the strange scientist who has seen it all; and Claptrap, a brainy robot. Together, these unlikely heroes must battle an alien race and dangerous bandits to uncover one of Pandora's most explosive secrets. The fate of the universe could rest in their hands — but they'll be fighting for something more: each other."

Borderlands is directed by Eli Roth from a screenplay he co-wrote with Joe Crombie. The film is led by Cate Blanchett as Lilith, Kevin Hart as Roland, Jamie Lee Curtis as Tannis, Jack Black as Claptrap, Ariana Greenblatt as Tiny Tina, Florian Munteanu as Krieg, Benjamin Byron Davis as Marcus, Gina Gershon as Moxxi, Janina Gavankar as Commander Knoxx, Olivier Richters as Krum, Edgar Ramirez as Atlas, and Bobby Lee as Gary.
