Many Destiny 2 players are missing out on loot in the new seasonal activity Breach Executable because their teammates are rushing through it without collecting monsters that yield bonus rewards. It's frustrating, but Bungie is improving the experience with several changes.

On June 26, Bungie unveiled several improvements to address the frustrating elements of Breach Executable, coming to Destiny 2 next week. One of the biggest annoyances with the activity is that it allows players to pull the rest of their team into the next combat encounter, forcing them to skip monster collection. Bungie is increasing the delay before allies can join in and making extraction of Radiolite monsters instant.

Other changes include improvements to the Planetary Pistons. Each run of Breach Executable now always includes two Planetary Pistons, and their waypoint range has been increased for better visibility. All of these changes ensure that you have enough time to collect enough samples and get that extra loot at the end of the mission.

Bungie also pointed out that enemies in the activity affected by the Void Threat and Air Superiority/Blasts modifiers were "hitting a little too hard." Because Void Threat is applied constantly, Bungie is removing the modifier from the activity.
