Find and replace words in Google Docs

You can open the Find and Replace tool in Google Docs using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+H (Windows) or Command+Shift+H (macOS). You can also access it from the Edit menu.

Open the Find and Replace dialog box and type the word or phrase you want to find in the Find field.

Enter the new word or words in the Replace with field.
