Men's 4x100m Finals Were CRAZY || Paris 2024 Olympic Games

Nine-time Olympic gold medalist Carl Lewis is angry about Team USA’s botched baton handoff in the men’s 4×100-meter relay on Friday at the Paris Olympics. It’s the 11th time since 1995 that it has resulted in disqualifications or suspensions. He’s calling for change.

The U.S. relay team, seeking its first Olympic gold in 24 years, was disqualified after botching the first exchange and passing outside the allowed zone.

"It's time to blow up the system," Lewis posted on X. "This continues to be completely unacceptable. It's clear that EVERYONE at USAFT [USA Track & Field] is more concerned with relationships than winning. No athlete should have to step on the track and run another relay until this program is turned around from the top down.
