Many Uber customers don’t realize they have a personal rating because it’s not widely published. To check your Uber rider rating, tap the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the Uber app. Your Uber rating will appear under your name at the top of the screen, accompanied by a star icon.
A five-star rating is the highest. If you don't see a rating, you haven't made enough trips to earn one.
Your Uber rating can affect how quickly a driver responds to your ride request and how they treat you when they arrive. When you request a ride with Uber from your phone, drivers closest to your location are notified. These drivers can’t see your name or destination at this time. However, they can see your rating.
