While Xu Mu and Xie Shi think it is too early to think about marriage, they still congratulate the happy couple. They decide to commemorate the happy occasion with alcohol.
After Nian Nian and Shen Yi get extremely drunk and sleep in the other room, Xu Mu and Xie Shi have no choice but to share a bed. In her sleep, Xu Mu cuddles with Xie Shi. She wakes up to find herself in his arms. She feels ashamed and pretends to be asleep when Xie Shi wakes up.
The awkwardness follows her to the breakfast table. She tries to make small talk to ease the tension. Meanwhile, Xie Shi receives a call from an unknown number. He looks at the number and his expression changes. He immediately declines the call and sends a text message to the mysterious caller, asking them not to call him again. Xie Shi notices Xu Mu trying to look and assures her that it is not a girl.
