You can cook "Fashion Show" on any stove with Chiori, which is only possible after obtaining her via the gacha or other means. Interact with a stove or campfire anywhere in Teyvat to open the cooking menu and select Taiyaki, which can be made with the following ingredients:
Sugar is an ingredient that can easily be processed with Sweet Flowers.
If Chiori is cooking Taiyaki, there is a chance she will make "Fashion Show" instead. We don't know the exact speed for cooking Special Dishes, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
