Today it was confirmed that Christophe Riandee, deputy CEO of Gaumont, has left the company.

In a short statement, the producer of “Becoming Karl Lagerfeld” said: “After more than 20 years with the company, Christophe Riandee is leaving his position as Vice CEO, effective today, to devote himself to his personal projects. We wish him all the best for the future.”

Variety understands that Riandee will not be replaced in the short term. CEO Sidonie Dumas will take charge of all ongoing projects that Riandee previously oversaw.

“The employees who previously reported to Christophe Riandee now report to Sidonie Dumas,” a spokesperson confirmed.
