Counter-Strike 2 lacks many features common to other FPS games, but that’s part of what makes it unique. Sprinting is one of those missing features, and now fans are joking that the April 25 update finally introduced it.

Valve rolled out a massive CS2 patch on April 25th called “On The Other Hand.” The update’s name comes from the fact that players can finally switch hands with their weapons and knives. You can do this at any time with a console command, and players have found that doing it every half second feels hilariously like sprinting.

When you pair a console command with switching hands and running at the same time, your character will appear to be waving their arms. This is a bit like sprint animations in other games.
