Dave the Diver – Pelican Eel Location for Steel Net Cannon Upgrade
You can find a Pelican Eel in the Glacier Passage in Dave the Diver. It is usually located on the bottom floor of the Passage once you enter it from the Sea People side. If you haven't unlocked the Glacier Passage yet, continue with the main story mission. You'll unlock the Glacier Passage in Chapter Five after completing a few Sea People missions. You'll need to go through the Glacier Passage once to access the Glacier Area, but after that you won't even need to use the Passage again.
Once you've beaten the game, you can still return to the Glacier Passage via the Sea People Village entrance. Most people forget that you can use the Glacier Passage once you've cleared it, which is why this fish is so ominous.
There is only one pelican eel per day in the Glacier Passage.
