If you're not prone to looking up (I certainly am), you may have missed the egg sacs that formed on Macmillan Tower in Dead by Daylight and continue to spread.
How do you know where the hatch will spawn at the beginning of the game?
The egg sac first appeared during an in-game event, still largely intact on the water tower of the Macmillan map. However, as new chapters and events come and go, the sac seems to be spreading and hatching something we don’t yet know about.

After the developers confirmed during the DBD AMA on Reddit that it's something to keep an eye on, fans began speculating about what exactly might hatch from the large, creepy eggs.
