Green upcoming Penstemon location in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Green Rising Penstemon can be found in the Peaceful Meadow. It is often seen near Merlin's Library or around the pond, but it can spawn anywhere in the zone. At any given time, there will only be 3 Green Rising Penstemons in the region. The flower will spawn again after 40 minutes at a random location in the biome. Considering the time it takes to find it and its low numbers, it is considered rare.
Since the petal color is the same as the stem color, I would suggest finding the Purple Rising Penstemon first. The green one looks exactly like it, so once you have the purple flower, you can find the green one based on the design.
