A new trailer has been released for HBO's new Dune series starring Mark Strong, Dune: Prophecy.

Dune: Prophecy is an upcoming television series that serves as a prequel to 2021's Dune and 2024's Dune: Part Two. It will premiere as an HBO original series on both HBO and Max in November.

"From the expansive Dune universe created by acclaimed author Frank Herbert, and set 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, Dune: Prophecy follows two Harkonnen sisters as they battle forces that threaten the future of humanity and found the legendary cult that will come to be known as the Bene Gesserit," the official logline reads. "Dune: Prophecy is inspired by the novel 'Sisterhood of Dune,' written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson."
