Every time you think you’ve learned everything you need to know in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, it seems to throw something new at you. Some of the in-game help guides are great, but there are a lot of details I wish I had known from the start. That’s exactly what this list is.

Your inventory is divided into three sections as you travel. Valuables are quest items with no limit. The other two inventory areas are Items and Materials, but these are counted separately, meaning that any materials you pick up from collection nodes will not affect your Items limit.

Note that different item types have different stacking amounts, and one stack is one item slot, so six Healing Herbs will actually only take up one inventory slot, but seven will take up two. This means you can carry a lot more than it seems, but certain items (like Runes, which always take up one slot each) can fill up your inventory quickly. Make use of your city's storage space to make sure you don't run out.
