This device cannot use Trusted Platform Module in Bitlocker FIX [Tutorial]

This device cannot use a Trusted Platform Module. Your administrator must select the 'Allow BitLocker without a compatible TPM' option in the 'Require additional authentication at startup' policy for OS volumes.
