Varlamore has changed OSRS forever! – EVERY activity in the new update!
The Kingdom of Varlamore arrived in the OSRS world in the March 2024 content update. Also known as the Shining Kingdom, it is the first of three parts of this continent to be introduced (along with the Kebos Lowlands and the Kingdom of Great Kourend). To get to Varlamore, you'll need to complete the Children of the Sun quest, which begins in Varrock.

Upon arrival in Varlamore you will find yourself in the capital, Civitas illia Fortis. The zone has a real ancient Roman and Greek feel to it, with residents worshipping the sun god Ralos. The continent also introduces an intriguing new backstory to explore, as the area is littered with strange ruins of the Ancients. The Ancients are thought to be extinct, but never say never…
