Starting August 31, GOG.com will delete cloud storage files larger than 200 MB.

Gog Galaxy 2022 – How to enable and disable cloud saves for individual games

The company shared the announcement on GOG.com, with a message urging players to check their cloud saves and back them up if necessary. The 200MB limit applies to each game, not all of your games saved collectively in GOG's cloud storage, so you likely don't need to worry about most of your save files, just the ones that are unusually large.

Before you panic about losing your save files, we can reassure you that this change will not affect your locally saved storage. Really, only users who like to create multiple save slots and keep them on GOG’s Galaxy cloud storage need to bother with this. However, if you’ve been making a separate manual save after every mission in Cyberpunk 2077, you may want to check your cloud saves to be sure.

While limiting the size of cloud saves may seem like a bad move, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem for most GOG users. After all, even save files for larger games are typically much smaller than 200MB.
