Camille Villar, Vice President of the House of Representatives and Representative from Las Piñas, highlighted the enormous contribution of parents and guardians, faculty members and university staff in shaping the country's future leaders.

During the second graduation ceremony of the Urdaneta City University in Pangasinan, Villar reminded the graduates of the hard work their parents and guardians put in to send them to school.
“While you have all worked hard here on your studies, the resilience and dedication (of your parents and guardians) to provide you with a quality education has made this day possible,” Villar said.
“In congratulating all of you and recognizing this achievement for every graduate here today, the first people I would like us all to recognize are your parents and guardians. Palakpakan po natin sila,” she added.
