There are a lot of things that affect the streaming quality on your Amazon Fire TV Stick, including the Video Quality setting on your Fire Stick device. Here's how to change your streaming quality using those settings.
On your Fire Stick, go to Settings > Preferences > Data Monitoring.
Once you select Data Monitoring, the next menu will be determined by whether or not Data Monitoring is enabled on your Fire Stick. You can leave it there or select Data Monitoring again to turn it on if it says Off. A new menu will appear.
