BTSM offers tutoring, entrepreneurial services, financial literacy education, college tours, mentoring, and travel programs. The organization is looking to connect with private Black-owned tutoring businesses to bring their services to BIPOC communities across the country.

BTSM maintains a directory of teachers and resources for students of all ages in STEM and other subjects.
