Gmail makes it easy to send group emails to multiple addresses at once. Learn how to add more people to an existing group, how to add recipients to a contact list, and how to send an email to a group using the desktop (web browser) version of Gmail.
How to add contacts to a group in Gmail
To add existing Google contacts to a Gmail group, follow these steps:
Open Gmail. In the upper right corner, next to your avatar, select the Google apps icon (square grid of nine dots). Choose Contacts from the list.
In your Contacts, hover over the avatar (or circled initial for people you don't have a photo of) in front of the name of each contact you want to add to a group. A checkbox will appear. Select the box to put a check mark in it.
