Creating a video game version of Lucy from the Fallout series is not easy, because you first have to create a character that looks like her. The next step is to build Lucy MacLean in Fallout 4 via SPECIAL stats, perks, and weapons.

While everyone is talking about Lucy MacLean's official SPECIAL stats in Fallout Shelter, they actually come from another game where you start with 40 stat points. In Fallout 4, you only have 21 points to spend on starting stats (28 total, since you can't go below 1 for any stat). Since we're starting a new game, we'll spend available points on stats and go from there.

Lucy from the Fallout series is a very capable, tech-focused character with a lot of charisma and intelligence. She was the only one who could survive outside of Vault 33, which says a lot about her character. Although she probably felt like a fish out of water in the wasteland, she survived and even found friends to help her. Although I chose to start with a lower happiness, this (like all other stats) can be improved as you play. So, just as Lucy's happiness changed throughout the series, you can improve it over time.
