How to Cast Oculus Quest 2 to TV
The easiest way to use Oculus Casting is to connect to your TV through the headset. Turn on your TV, put on the headset, and turn it on.
Click Share. It looks like a curved arrow on the main control panel.
Click on the device you want to cast to and click Next.
