Most Windows web browsers offer the option to designate a website as your homepage. In Google Chrome, you can choose to open one or more pages at startup:
Select the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome and choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the Display section and select the Show Home button switch to enable it (if it isn't already enabled).
