You can change your Caller ID name through the AT&T website. When you edit your AT&T Caller ID name, it may take up to 72 hours (weekdays only) for a landline to show the updated information, and it may not change until people delete your number from their Caller ID logs.
Open your myAT&T profile and log in when prompted.
Select People and Permissions.
