In Zoria: Age of Shattering, necromancy has the power to corrupt even the land itself, making it impossible to set foot on or beyond its surface. However, there is a way to purge this evil.
SECRET PASSAGES in ZORIA: Age of Shattering
While most of the land in Zoria is relatively easy to access, occasionally you’ll come across a cursed area that prevents you from setting foot in it. These areas are depicted as a swirling mass of dark purple energy, so they’re very hard to miss. Often, these specific areas will hide high-value loot around or behind them, so you’ll want to avoid these areas if you can. Luckily, there is a way.
Cursed Land is summoned by the power of necromancy in Zoria, but Priests possess the means to heal this land and make it passable again. To do this, you must have a Priest in your party. Walk to the edge of a Cursed Land patch and place your cursor in the center of it. This should give your Priest the option to cast Dispel. Click on the patch and our Priest will cast the spell, removing all traces of the Cursed Land. Once the Cursed Land is cleared, you will be able to travel through the area as if it had never been there.
