How to Transfer Music from Computer to iPhone WITHOUT iTunes (PC & Mac)
Apple Music offers millions of songs that you can stream over a wireless network. But you can also save those songs (or playlists, albums, or videos) to your iPhone so you can listen to them offline.
To enable this feature, turn on Library Sync for your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Music and then turn on Library Sync.
Open the Apple Music app on your iPhone and navigate to the song, album, playlist, or video you want to download.
