Eye Tracking is one of three new accessibility features (the other two are Music Haptics and Vocal Shortcuts) introduced in iOS 18.

Eye Tracking uses artificial intelligence, combined with the front-facing camera and on-device machine learning to set up. Once set up, you can use the Dwell Control sub-feature to activate elements, open physical buttons, and use gestures using nothing but your eyes.
