Axolotls can be found randomly in wooden logs all over the world in Ciudad Enamorada. They are only native to the world included in The Sims 4 Lovestruck, which makes them quite tricky to find since there are only a few areas to search.
Like all other collection sites, these wooden logs appear randomly all over the world, meaning you’ll need to scan the areas carefully to find them. They’re easiest to find near Plaza Mariposa, as the area is essentially one big park. I’ve also had luck finding these logs around bodies of water, such as ponds and the heart-shaped lake where you can fish out the Ring Bear’s ring.
