Bungie, for their part, has confirmed that there is an ongoing issue regarding 3D audio for PC players, and they are working on the issue to resolve it from their end. In the meantime, they have suggested all PC players who are unable to hear audio to disable their Spatial Sound Settings through Windows settings.
