The operating system's primary language or dialect must be covered by the Google Assistant language options. If it isn't, you won't see the option to change the Google Assistant voice. For example, if the operating system language is set to English (Ireland), you won't see the option to change the Google Assistant voice in the Google Assistant app's settings menu. If the operating system's system language is set to English (United States) and you still can't change the Google Assistant voice, try setting the Google Assistant input language to English (United States).
