Origin Seeds in Hades 2 are a resource you need to craft Incantations, but indirectly. Origin Seeds, when sown, become a Thalamus, which is an ingredient in crafting the “Unraveling a Fateful Bond” Incantation. Hades 2 How to Get Thalamus and Origin Seeds Farm Location
You can obtain Origin Seeds in Hades 2 by exploring the Chaos Realm. To get there, you'll need to get past the Chaos Gate that appears as you complete the storyline. Once you're on the other side of the gate, start looking for dig spots and dig them with a Silver Spade. There's a chance that these dig spots will yield an Origin Seed.
Note: When you first enter the Chaos Realm, you can obtain free Origin Seeds after interacting with Primordial Chaos.
If you wish to enter the Chaos Realm later in the game, you can do so by using a Light of Ixion. This item can be purchased from the Well of Charon for x40 Obols.
