To get your reward, you need an A rank on a piano sheet and talk to Dorian from the Piano Outreach Association. Dorian is always standing next to the piano with an available piano sheet.
To get the Piano Virtuoso Trophy, you need to get six A-rank performances on a Piano Sheet Music. This means that you need to hit almost all the notes with Great Timing to score as many points as possible on six different pieces of music.
