How to Get the Exotic Khvostov 7G-0X – Full Quest Guide [Destiny 2]
To begin your journey to obtain both the Legendary and Exotic Khvostov 7G-0X auro rifle in Destiny 2, you’ll need to find all of the Region Chests. These contain the first nine Lost Encryption Bits.
To get six extra Lost Encryption Bits, you'll need to go to the Cyst activities. To unlock all six, you'll need to complete Micah's 'Alone in the Dark' quest six times. You'll only see three Cyst markers on the map, but you can reach them all. There are bird switches nearby that will allow you to switch between one of the two Cysts at a location.
When you reach the second area of the Cyst, go to the edge and jump down. You will see an opening in the cave wall. Go through it and your path will be blocked by a barrier. Break through the barrier and the Lost Encryption Bit will be in the pile on the floor.
