How to Craft Weapons and Armor in Manor Lords – How to Get Equipment for the Army
To run a military unit in Manor Lords, you’ll need men, weapons, and shields (armor is optional). While the men are pretty self-explanatory, the rest of the gear is much harder to come by. The first way to get weapons and armor in Manor Lords is to craft them in the Burgage Plot extensions.

To unlock these expansions, you’ll first need to make sure your Burgage Plot has an expansion slot. It looks like a gear icon with a hammer when you click on the building. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to build a new Burgage Plot large enough to accommodate an expansion. All workshops unlock at Burgage Plot level two, meaning you’ll need to meet the house’s requirements to level up the building.
