Getting the blueprint for the Combo Chipset is not that easy, so we have prepared a guide for you that can help you with that.
The blueprint for crafting Combo Chipsets is available through Once Human's Memetic Specialization nodes. You can get the Combo Chipset specialization at levels 20, 25, 30, and 35.
You'll need RNG in your favor to get the specific node for one of your roles. While you can opt for other ways to collect Energy Links, you do have the option to use Specialization Cleaners to reset your Specialization nodes if you absolutely must go the Combo Chipset route.
